As a research service provider, the Society for Education and Career e.V. offers the entire spectrum of a research and development organization: from equipping appropriate laboratories and adapting digital systems to developing and testing innovative forms of science transfer as well as training and further education.

In its business are „Research, Innovation and Communication“, GBB promotes communication activities related to the topic of „Research, Development and Innovation“, including scientific evaluation, through transfer events, workshops, conferences and the creation of new digital educational media. With its own media development, GBB accepts orders from other research institutions for the development of transfer media: from didacticisation to final design.

In the last 15 years, areas of international economic relations and technology transfer in medium-sized companies and crafts have been added. GBB develops scientific transfer aids for medium-sized businesses 4.0 on a national and international level.

In Europe, the GBB has repeatedly carried out research and development projects of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs within the framework of promoting the professional mobility of young people from Europe who are interested in training.

GBB e.V. has been one of the first certified research and transfer companies (DIN EN ISO 9001:2015) since 1995. In addition, GBB e.V. is an approved carrier according to AZAV.

Since 1994, GBB has specialized in the Asia-Pacific region. One focus is research and development on adapted methods, media and content of knowledge and innovation transfer. In recent years, research and development has been transferred to Latin America and Iran.
